April East TN ASSP – Joint Tour

East TN ASSP will be joining Women in Manufacturing for a tour of Carter Manufacturing!

Ambassadors from Carter Manufacturing will share an overview of current initiatives, highlighting how teams collaborate, innovate, and solve real-world challenges. Following the presentation, attendees will be guided on a facility tour, offering a firsthand look at operations, equipment, and workflows.

Carter Manufacturing is a student-run, full-service manufacturing company based at Carter High School. Through hands-on learning, students gain real-world experience in engineering, welding, design, and production while delivering high-quality, custom manufacturing solutions to customers. By partnering with local businesses and the community, Carter Manufacturing blends technical skill development with workforce readiness, innovation, and professionalism preparing students for successful careers while meeting real industry needs.
